Don Camillo - Italian Cuisine in Corinth, TX is a family owned Italian restaurant specializing in wood oven pizza and homemade Italian cuisine. Owner Hamid Parivash, received a Bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Business in 1984 from Austria. He has been in the restaurant business for over twenty years, learning the business from the ground up. Prior to moving to the United States in 2001 Hamid owned and managed an Italian restaurant (Don Camillo) in Austria, from 1987 to 1997. He started Don Camillo in Austria with his Father and Mother. After selling his restaurant he moved to Spain and owned and managed another Italian restaurant from 1997 to 2001. He is now proud to own a restauraunt in Corinth Texas.
